As the Pricing and Revenue Analyst you’ll help us connect a more sustainable energy future for more than five million Queenslanders and 253,000 businesses. Your work with us is about every light turned on, every community connected, and every future made possible. 

  • Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.
  • Hybrid, family-friendly and flexible working arrangements including substitution of public holidays.

As a Pricing and Revenue Analyst you will support the preparation, calculation, billing and analysis of our transmission prices. You will also prepare and justify positions for Powerlink in external regulatory reviews, National Electricity Rule changes, and other consultations. This role is crucial in delivering cost-effective transmission services and facilitating the renewable energy transition for Queensland. You will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of systems, processes, and data that support our pricing and billing functions.

In this role you will;

  • Prepare monthly invoices to customers and assist in preparing information for customer management activities related to pricing and billing
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on grid revenues
  • Contribute to setting our annual prescribed prices and modelling customer impact studies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Information Technology
  • Previous experience in data analysis, economic modelling, pricing, and financial modelling
  • Advanced skills within Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex issues
