The Pharmacy Service Senior Management Team is currently expanding to meet the needs of our patients and is looking to recruit two new Deputy Directors to support our service redesign, assist the development of our extended services, and to help lead the implementation of our strategic plan.
Deputy Director – Workforce
In association with the Director and Associate Director of Pharmacy, the Deputy Director of Workforce will lead and manage a strategic approach towards workforce development, leading the implementation of innovative approaches to further expand the capability and capacity of the workforce to meet the needs of our patients.
Managerial, leadership, change management and project implementation experience is essential. Strong demonstrable communication, presentation and motivational with a relevant post graduate qualification are required.
Deputy Director – Operations
Reporting to the Associate Director of Pharmacy, the Deputy Director of Operations will lead the design and delivery of a modern, diverse and flexible approach to medication management across all our services. This includes the procurement and distribution of medication including the implementation of automation solutions in all our operational services.
A relevant post graduate qualification and experience in technology solutions to pharmaceutical service delivery is highly desirable. Managerial, leadership, change management and project implementation experience is essential.
