About the role
 
We have an opportunity for a Senior Policy Officer to be part of our Legislation and Policy, Office of the Commissioner team. The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for the formulation of policy advice and recommendations, and manages and coordinates the development and implementation of a range of policy initiatives within the specific expertise of their functional area to contribute to the delivery of organisational and/or Government commitments.
 
This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly formed team providing high quality advice on law enforcement legislation and policy.
 
Essential requirements 
  • Obtain and maintain the requisite security clearance for this role.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and or demonstrated experience in the development, delivery and implementation of policy initiatives within the relevant functional business area.
