- Full time, Maternity Leave position until 09/02/2026
- 38 hours per week + ADO. Applications for Part-Time positions will be considered

About the Role
You will be a fully ASAR accredited sonographer qualified Cardiac Sonographer and/or have extensive CathLab experience and/or pacing expertise
• IBHRE qualifications in Pacing or EP will be an advantage
Classifications for this position will range from Grade 2 to Grade 3 depending on qualifications and experience, as per the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 or its successor.
- Sonographer Grade 2 SO54 - SO56 ($84,188 - 92,523 per annum)
- Sonographer Grade 3 SO57 - SO60 ($102,091 -116,646 per annum)
Your Contribution
- Sonographers must have a current full ASAR Accreditation
- Applicants who are not qualified and accredited sonographers require proven experience in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.setting.
- Extensive Catheter Lab experience or experience in Pacemaker procedures and checking will be an advantage
- Applicants with IBHRE certification in pacing and/or EP preferred
- Current nationally coordinated criminal history check, or willing to obtain

Based in the heart of Melbourne, we are one of Australia's leading clinical cardiac services providing invasive and non-invasive investigations, procedures and leading edge research programes for the community both inpatient and outpatient. The Cardiology Department comprises the St. Vincent’s Heart Centre, Cardiac Investigation Unit and the National Centre for Sports Cardiology (NCSC).
