Remuneration: 135591.23 - 138111.46 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)

What you'll be doing
The position leads the effective development and implementation of a suite of programs and initiatives which build workforce capability and support employee engagement.
The Position leads and manages the design, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing development initiatives, leadership development, capability development, talent management and succession planning.
- Registered nurse with a current licence to practice from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Adult Education, Project Management, Human Resources, Leadership Coaching, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Proven experience and extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in leadership and talent development, adult learning and facilitation.
- Demonstrated skills in managing significant complex projects and/or programs concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
- High level organisational and management skills with good attention to detail.
- Advanced relationship management capabilities with senior management, and other key stakeholders, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels. Experience in information management including the ability to collect, organise and interpret data.
- Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
