Project Officer (VMFRP)

Be part of the solution for Victoria’s Murray floodplains by joining the Mallee CMA’s team working on the Victorian Murray Floodplain Restoration Project (VMFRP).

It’s an exciting time to be involved in floodplain recovery, so embrace the challenge and take your career forward by supporting the delivery of the VMFRP at the West (Lindsay and Wallpolla Islands) and Central (Hattah North, Belsar-Yungera, Nyah, Vinifera) sites.

Key tasks may include preparing procurement documentation, specifications and oversight; including the coordination and review of consultants’ work; along with associated tasks across the Mallee CMA’s core business.

To thrive in this role, you will have a demonstrated understanding of the value of floodplain infrastructure in delivering environmental, cultural and social outcomes; along with experience in delivering natural resource management projects; and a tertiary qualification/s in related discipline.
