Aboriginal Senior Organisational Change & Development Advisor (Identified Role)
- Temporary Full Time (up to 9 months, with possibility to extend)
- Clerk Grade 9/10: Package up to $149,619 pa. Package includes salary range ($120,859 pa to $133,183 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Based in Greenacre NSW with hybrid work available
About the role:
The role manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development program, initiatives and change management plans to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.
This role is integral in supporting inclusion and diversity, in addition to managing key cultural projects that support our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples. This position is currently overseeing the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) development and will have a key role in supporting the implementation of FRNSW Reflect RAP.
About you:
- You will have demonstrated knowledge in the implementation and review of organisational development policy, programs and services which impact on an organisation’s culture and workforce practice
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of Indigenous cultures and customs, together with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of Indigenous agencies, communities and individuals
Essential Requirements:
- Must be of Aboriginal descent
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and or equivalent experience in organisational development and project/change management
- Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and/or demonstrated ability to travel in accordance with position requirements
