The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated Group Senior Manager People Services to join our People Safety & Sustainability (PSS) team. In this critical leadership role, you'll play a key role in shaping and leading our people services function. You'll be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the HR Central and People Business Partner teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional service that supports our entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a customer-centric people services strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Leverage innovative technologies and best practices to optimize the delivery of HR services, driving continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR Central Service Centre, Vendor Management, and other people services teams, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure our people services are aligned with their strategic needs and operational priorities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support initiatives to future-proof our workforce and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a high-performing and motivated team environment, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams within an HR environment.
  • Extensive experience in strategic people services management, encompassing shared services, call centres, employee performance management, compliance, and customer service.
  • A demonstrated ability to foster a culture of inclusion, performance excellence, and results-oriented execution within a people-centric environment.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and build strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
