About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Integration Senior Manager to join our SEQ Integration team based in Brisbane CBD. The SEQ Integration team are a key resource within SEQ to support the transformation of our operations following the introduction of new infrastructure, assets and technology.

As a Program Integration Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational readiness of various projects and initiatives within our organisation. You will lead a team who work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful delivery of programs.

Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include

  • Develop and implement integration strategies, plans, and processes to streamline operational readiness programs.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Track and report on program progress, including milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

About you

  • Proven experience as a Program Integration Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in infrastructure delivery change programs and/or OOR (Operational Readiness and Assurance) programs within the Rail or comparable industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Strong project and change management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
