About the opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a Temporary Full Time position as a Senior IT Analyst within the Forensic & Analytical Science Service Information Communications Technology team. What you'll be doing
The Senior Analyst is responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware, software and related infrastructure within the Forensic and Analytical Science Service (FASS).

- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in providing effective information technology solutions including installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems and related infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in the installation and provision of cloud based and/or on premise systems, associated systems administration, hardware and software configuration and storage backups in accordance with NSWHP standards and project/operational requirements.
- Proven experience in installing and managing remote desktops, including user account setups and security via Active Directory.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective provision of user support, troubleshooting and all associated facets within a busy and complex IT environment.
- Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise and consult with a variety of stakeholders and effectively communicating and tailoring potentially complex IT information to be understood by the end user.
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi task, take initiative and meet strict timeframes within a challenging work environment.
- Current unencumbered NSW Class C Drivers Licence and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSWHP RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
