AO3 Levies Officer

As a Levies Officer, you will be central to the department's financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include processing and finalizing levy revenue and project data, reconciling project costs, and ensuring the accuracy of our general ledger. Additionally, you'll offer crucial support to stakeholders by providing expert advice on services, policies, and compliance issues, while effectively interpreting and applying relevant legislation and procedures.

In this fast-paced role, you will engage professionally across multiple communication channels, handle key daily administrative tasks, and drive business improvements. Your meticulous attention to detail in managing and maintaining customer information will be crucial for the efficient operation of the department.

Your Contribution (Key Responsibilities)

  • Precisely process and finalize levy revenue and project data.
  • Reconcile project costs and keep the general ledger up-to-date.
  • Offer well-informed advice to stakeholders on services and policies.
  • Accurately interpret and apply relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
  • Identify, report, and address compliance issues proactively.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to business processes.
  • Maintain and manage customer information with precision.
