ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Workforce Strategy Benefits Realisation & Reporting will work closely with program delivery resources to track, monitor and report on all aspects of the Strategic Workforce Infrastructure (SWIFT) program and other strategic workforce programs.
This role will undertake the analysis of workforce and operational data pertaining to NSW Ambulance activity and performance, reporting on the benefits realisation of the Strategic Workforce Infrastructure (SWIFT) program as well as development and provision of advice on strategies to improve performance to meet the strategic objectives of the program. The position holder will be responsible for leading the development of a Business Intelligence (BI) solution for the enhancement of program benefits reporting and supplementary data analytics and reporting.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written and visual reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions. Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data and translate these into meaningful outputs.
- Demonstrated experience in data visualisation through the use of data visualisation software.
- Experience with MS Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change, analysing problems, developing effective solutions and resolving conflicting priorities in a health or corporate context.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly gain knowledge of NSW Ambulance operations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and program evaluation.
- Effective problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence, engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with stakeholders, conduct workshops and deliver presentations, training and information to a broad audience; ability to effectively motivate and persuade others.
- The ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using a variety of methods
