HR Advisor
Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic and vibrant team at the Office of Sport!
We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with total remuneration package ranging from $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum plus 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.
About the role
The HR Advisor supports the delivery of workforce programs and overseeing and coordinating HR projects, programs, initiatives and audit requests. The HR Advisor provides business support in connection with the Shared Service Provider.
The role administers timely reporting from the Human Resources Information System and collaborates with the HR Programs Lead in developing strategic insights to drive HR strategy, programs and business process improvement.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- High level knowledge of the public sector employment framework, policies, procedures and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in using a range of computer systems Word, Excel, Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience using a Human Resources Information System, for example SAP.

Pre-screening questions
- Describe a time you worked on a project requiring you to manage conflicting priorities for several stakeholders. How did you engage your stakeholders to ensure deliverables were met within the required deadlines?
- Provide a scenario on how you resolved an enquiry by using multiple sources for information and additionally how have you been able to use various technology and Microsoft systems to communicate this information to stakeholders.
