What you'll be doing
The Director of Nursing is a senior leader within the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN). The role is responsible for the governance of clinical and professional practice and patient care, leadership and management of the nursing services at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick (SCH) to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, patient and family centred care. The position is responsible for the planning and development needs of the nursing service from a financial, organisational, physical and human resource perspective and participates in all aspects of hospital and service planning.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
