About The Role:

The Manager, Education Operations Hub is responsible for managing all aspects of the Education Operations Hub, leading teams to deliver proactive and streamlined educational operations services in line with BKI's quality standards to maintain BKI's reputation for excellence. This includes timetable maintenance; co-ordination of external training providers; printing of teaching resources; preparing class rolls and reporting on non-attendance. The role works closely with Managers in the other Hubs and Education Centres to balance priorities and ensure efficient delivery of services.

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex administrative workflows to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of education operational requirements relating to the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA), Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA
  • Current and valid driver's licence and ability to travel between BKI sites and workplaces.

Things we will require from you:

  • Relevant compliance documents including Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, certified right to work documentation
