About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner utilises expertise within their professional HR discipline to support the organisation in optimising the performance of teams and implementing business solutions that improve work practices and the employee experience.
The Senior HR Business Partner provides their clients with a complete strategic and operational perspective as they develop, adapt and execute their strategic and operational plans. You will coach your HR Business Partner colleagues in order to achieve the wider business strategic agenda and drive continuous improvement with the client groups and the People and Culture team.
