What you will be doing 

Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Platforms and Service, this role is an exciting opportunity help build and drive continuous improvement in our delivery capability, key responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing the technical and administrative delivery for by-election and election-related projects.
  • Manage scheduling, administration, and quality assurance to meet program timelines.
  • Providing strategic recommendations on complex election issues and governance risks and driving continuous improvements.
  • Driving branch communications and engagement for by-election programs, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations.

What you will bring to the role 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into project objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in managing projects.
  • Commitment to the VEC’s core values
