Your opportunity

We’re looking for an innovative and solutions-focused Program Manager with exceptional stakeholder management skills to join our ICT Delivery team in Brisbane.  As the ICT Program Manager, you will proactively partner with our business lines, ensuring clear stakeholder engagement plans, managing project interdependencies, and driving successful business outcomes. 

This role offers an exciting entry point into Program Management for experienced Project Managers seeking career growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of projects, from small “minor works” activities to complex business change projects.
  • Lead, assist, and support procurement activities and contract negotiations.
  • Manage project governance and assurance requirements.
  • Effectively manage project funding, forecasting, and associated project administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience and innovation with a record of achievements in delivering ICT projects.
  • A willingness and desire to coach and mentor junior team members.
  • A spirit of collaboration to work with others and deliver the best, cost-effective solutions for Queensland Rail, ICT, and our business customers.
  • A high level of resilience.

Remuneration & Employment Type

This is a fixed term, fulltime position (ending 30th June 2026), based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $146,240 (pro rata) plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
