About the role
The Finance Transformation Lead is a fixed term role for 6 months, and will be responsible for planning and implementing a transformation program focused on process improvements, robotics process automation (RPA), system integration and staff capability uplift to deliver efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance integrity, accuracy of financial information and improved reporting processes and transparency. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders and be confident engaging various teams throughout the organisation.
We are seeking a CPA or CA qualified financial management specialist with substantial knowledge, capability and experience in compliance management, policy and risk. The successful candidate will be commercially astute and have a proven track record in leading and motivating staff to achieve outcomes and adopt change. Additionally, we are seeking candidates with high level stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive operational objectives through efficient and effective business processes.
