About the role

This is fixed term role for 6 months to focus on the management of Cenitex's internal business applications to ensure system performance, operation and service quality, data quality, and data integrity is met through appropriate operating models, governance and continuous improvement to deliver business value. Additionally, this role has oversight and management of the information, knowledge, records, data, business intelligence and data visualisation team/s. The role provides thought leadership and initiate continuous improvement and innovation to improve service quality and integrity. Oversight of projects that are part of the business improvement program of work.

About you

  • Experience in managing and operating business applications and outsourced platforms and applications, including application development, testing and support, customising third party packages and cloud services to maximise business value.
  • Experience with project, program and software delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, DevOps).
  • Track record in developing and leading high-performance teams, with proven ability to motivate, inspire and align teams to meet operational priorities, and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing development of organisational, team and individual capability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence outcomes at all levels of an organisation and demonstrated ability to be a thought leader and lead change.
