Senior Change Lead

MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Senior Change Lead Manager to support a busy Government department in Parramatta.

$700.00 - $800.00 per day + Super
Parramatta location
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise change resistance
Regularly evaluate risks and develop solutions to address risks through appropriate interventions by leaders, project team or sponsors
Influence others across the organisation and for partnering with project teams to successfully deliver sustainable change
Lead supports initiatives driven by the Centre of Excellence, Change Practice as well as provides ad hoc, interim Change Delivery support
Change Management on Agile projects
Working with Brand and Communications, Customer Contact Centres, External (Customer) stakeholders and Product Owners

You will need:

6+ years professional change management experience at a senior level
Experience in leading and managing change management strategies and interventions for significant organisational projects
Experience working effectively at all organisational levels
Proven experience in Transformative change
Pass a full background check
LMS implementation is essential SABA is preferred
LMS Organisational data knowledge high preferred
SAP experience
Change Management on Agile projects
