At Power and Water Corporation we operate in the challenging, unique and rewarding environment of the Northern Territory. We provide multi-utility essential services to urban, rural and remote customers.

We are seeking a Water Quality Specialist to work in the Regions and Remote business unit that services customers in 72 remote indigenous communities across the NT. The position is based in Darwin with opportunities to travel to remote sites.

You will be a part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working to improve water and wastewater system performance through the provision of specialist technical advice and the implementation of effective planning solutions.

Applicants must have experience in water and wastewater quality monitoring, practices and procedures; sound technical and applied knowledge of water supply and sewage treatment systems and effluent reuse; solid analytical, organisational and communication skills; knowledge of the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines; HACCP as applied to safety plans; and the National Guidelines on the Use of Reclaimed Water.
