Role Outline
 
eHealth NSW is responsible for the delivery of digital technology in clinical care, business services and smart infrastructure, providing a digitally enabled and integrated health system that delivers quality outcomes and patient-centered health experiences to the people of NSW. eHealth NSW works in close partnership with Local Health Districts and other NSW Health organisations, with clinical engagement and leadership being particularly important to success of eHealth strategies, programs and services.

The Director, Enterprise Architecture leads the statewide ICT enterprise architecture functions of eHealth NSW to bring about major advances in ICT / digital enterprise architecture development and delivery, providing assurance on ICT / digital program and project architecture.
 
The successful applicant will have a record of achievement, in leadership and management of ICT enterprise architecture in a complex environment, ideally in both corporate and clinical settings and a working knowledge of ICT architecture practices and standards. Success in the role will require the ability to work collaboratively, lead the enterprise architecture advisory team and commit to customer service in delivering results.

  1. Describe your leadership and engagement approach, particularly in the context of encouraging customer input into the planning, uptake and delivery of digital / ICT systems.
  2. Describe your experience in leading the development, maintenance, documentation and communication of enterprise architectural blueprints, principles and standards.
Essential Requirements
 
The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience

This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Health Service senior executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $208,519 to $231,573 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
