Apply now to join the Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) as Contract and Business Support Officer. This role will provide professional and proficient support to the Victorian Murray Floodplain Restoration Project Team at Mallee CMA by providing high quality and proactive customer service, administrative, procurement and finance function support to managers and employees.

The VMFRP is a planned program of infrastructure works and important environmental outcomes to enhance the watering of high valued floodplains on the River Murray in Victoria through the delivery of environmental water.

To be successful in the role, you should be a highly motivated, self-disciplined professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You need to be proficient in the use of computers, have a sound knowledge of procurement, contract management, compliance and administration support, along with a high level of attention to detail. You should possess a high level of personal integrity, diplomacy and confidentiality.

Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (or an equivalent discipline) and experience in a similar role is essential. Experience with the Technology One suite of programs is desirable.

The position is available on a full-time basis until September 2022 (with extension subject to funding). This role is classified as a Band 8 Position in accordance with the Mallee CMA Enterprise Agreement with a remuneration range of $79,127.69 - $87,383.21 per annum plus superannuation, dependant on skills and experience.
