ABOUT THE ROLE

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) has an exciting opportunity for a Natural Resource Management Officer (Geospatial Support) to join our vibrant team. We are offering a fixed term position until 30 June 2021 with possibility of further extension and/or permanency. The position would suit a proactive, organised and self-motivated individual. 

The primary function of this position is to deliver a range of administrative and technical support services to various internal and external stakeholders to the Water Resource Assessment branch. The role also provides spatial analysis support for the branch’s hydrogeologists by analysing, interpreting and presenting geospatial data.
