We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic and qualified professional to join our Asset Systems Branch in a senior management role.

Leading a team of engineers and technical officers, you will be required to support the General Manager Assets by coordinating and developing Wannon Water’s Integrated Asset Management System and improving and implementing the Corporate Asset Management Strategy. The position also develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators to meet the regulatory requirements of the Assets Department.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate and possess the following attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in the ability to successfully lead, manage and develop a high performing team,
• Superior drive and enthusiasm and a firm commitment to the success of the organisation,
• Strong ethics aligned to Wannon Water’s values
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or suitable other equivalent) with at least 5 years’ experience in a management role and
• Demonstrated experience in the water or a related industry is desirable, but not necessary.

This position is offering a generous remuneration package, circa $140,000 - $150,000, including superannuation. A fully maintained vehicle for private and business use is available under a private use agreement.

A contribution is available to assist any non-local successful applicants to relocate.
