About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Human Resources professional to join the ICC Sydney Human Resources team who is driven, to achieve results aligned to the people agenda in the role of Human Resources Business Partner.
In the role of Human Resources Business Partner you will work as a true business partner to deliver the HR strategic plan incorporating Onboarding, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Engagement and Culture Initiatives, Employee Relations, Policy Development, as well as develop people solutions, to achieve ICC Sydney's objectives.

You will have the ability to develop, maintain and influence leaders to achieve sound results and improved outcomes through strong partnerships. You will be of a curious mind, comfortable in a fast paced and challenging environment and have the ability to work autonomous, supported by a full suite of HR capabilities and proven record of accomplishment in Human Resources.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in a HR Advisor role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience across generalist Human Resource functions (Recruitment, HRIS, Training, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations and HR Analytics)
  • Understanding, practical application experience and ability to research and interpret complex industrial instruments
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
