Where you will be working

The Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) has over 3,500 staff, 33 Public Hospitals, including 2 Base Hospitals, 8 Acute Community Hospitals and 16 Multi-Purpose Services. What you will be doing

• Lead clinical and non-clinical education and

• Effectively manage the education, training and development services for all staff of MLHD; to ensure the highest quality delivery of patient care.

As a member of the People and Culture (P&C) leadership team, this role requires sound understanding of the human factors and workforce issues to foster a highly engaged workforce aligned to the desired culture.
