What you will be doing

The primary purpose of this role is to:
  • Lead clinical and non-clinical education and
  • Effectively manage the education, training and development services for all staff of MLHD; to ensure the highest quality delivery of patient care.

As a member of the People and Culture (P&C) leadership team, this role requires sound understanding of the human factors and workforce issues to foster a highly engaged workforce aligned to the desired culture.
