Learning and Development Associate x 2, County Court of Victoria

Are you looking to join a dynamic and progressive organisation that offers a range of generous employee benefits?

The County Court is Victoria's principal trial Court. The Court's purpose is to hear and determine matters in a fair, timely, efficient and accessible way. This is affirmed by Court Directions 2017- 2022 which articulates the seven most important objectives of the Court.  The Judges of the Court are supported by approximately 240 staff that work in the areas of Registry, Judicial Support and Administration. The County Court is committed to continuous improvement consistent with the International Framework for Court Excellence.

The Learning and Development Associate (LDA) provides leadership and support to Associates within the Court. It is also central to continuous improvement within the Court and is a ‘champion of change'.

As a Learning and Development Associate you will support the development of Associates through the provision of expert advice, support and services, including induction, and learning and professional development requirements to ensure that Associates are able to competently perform their role. You will also be an integral member of the leadership team for the administration and development of the Associates within the Court. These duties are performed in addition to the tasks required of an Associate.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives working within a fast-paced, complex and sensitive environment. As a subject matter expert, you are someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and striving to assist others in uplifting their capabilities and level of service. If this sounds like you we welcome your application.
