Manager- Regional Services, VCAT 

VCAT are seeking a highly driven Manager, Regional Services to lead and develop our Regional Services team.

The Role:

Working within the Listings group, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing and developing the performance of VCAT's Regional Administrative Officers to achieve VCAT's strategic objectives and support VCAT Operations.

The Manager, Regional Services will be required to travel regularly to external VCAT venues across Victoria. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement and allocation of resources to meet operational requirements and customer needs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with projects and events relating to members at VCAT and will undertake research and analysis of legal and legislative matters as required.

What you need to have:

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, has a strong passion for people management, and is committed to continuous improvement! To ensure you are set up for success in this role, you will also have:

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Outstanding people management skills
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
