Are you passionate about social justice and education? Do you have a flair for developing and managing strategic education and public programs?

The Neighbourhood Justice Centre (NJC) is Australia's first community justice centre. Key aspects of the NJC approach include early intervention; appropriate dispute resolution; local problem solving; and one stop integrated service delivery with a focus on addressing the underlying causes of offending. Strong community involvement, engagement and partnerships, which deliver real and practical results for the community, are fundamental to the NJC approach.

There is significant interest in the NJC model in Australia and internationally. This critical role supports the adoption of the NJC model and the devleopment of practitioners through education and public programs. To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience in managing strategic education and public programs, with superior communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
