The Senior Advisor reports directly to the Manager, Planning & Business Services and is responsible for strategic infrastructure planning and investment management (including business case development) for a large and complex infrastructure portfolio.

The role involves the provision of leadership, consultation and advice in infrastructure portfolio strategy and planning and involves developing and managing stakeholder engagement processes with diverse and complex stakeholder groups. The advisor will lead a small team.
