The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to lead the expansion and continued development of the CISP Remand Outreach Program (CROP). CROP is part of the Court's commitment to improving and strengthening outcomes for people on bail.
The CROP Team Leader will be leading a team of assessment and referral practitioners through an exciting time of growth and change within the program. The team of multi-disciplinary practitioners provides assessments and post-release case planning to prisoners on remand who present with a range of complex needs. Reporting to the Court Support Services Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery and quality of the program within prisons across Victoria, as well as coordinating evidence-based practice improvements.

- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology or a related field
- Extensive experience providing management and leadership to staff within a complex client environment
- Extensive clinical experience with clients presenting with complex needs and risks
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with external stakeholders
- Strong team player with effective communication skills and a flexible approach
