Senior Program Development and Evaluation Officer
Great long term temporary opportunity to join our Grants team and lead the design and evaluation of grants programs!
We are seeking a Senior Program Development and Evaluation Officer to join our team at NSW Office of Sport. This is a temporary full-time opportunity up to 30 June 2023.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $113,343 up to $124,901 per annum plus 10% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
As Senior Program Development and Evaluation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the design and evaluation of grant programs to best achieve organisational outcomes. This includes development of grant guidelines drafting the program logic and leading program evaluations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience managing and coordinating the design and evaluation of sporting grant programs in consultation with relevant business areas, ensuring compliance to organisational procedures, governance standards and using innovative evaluation methodology.
You will have a continuous improvement focus, with proven experience improving the effectiveness of programs to achieve outcomes and streamline process, as well as a focus on using evaluation learnings to build industry capacity.
You will also have proven experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and networks with other Government agencies, researchers and representatives of key industry stakeholders to ensure collaborative approach to managing grants and alignment to other grant programs.
