The Role

This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, where you will be responsible for the oversight of the environment and heritage management of the business, focusing on the Port Hedland operations.  The Environment and Heritage Manager works closely with other areas of PPA to ensure that matters of Environment and Heritage Management are considered in all aspects of business decision making processes.

About You 

This role will suit you if you enjoy diversity and connect with PPA's values of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Care and Courage.  Your understanding of relevant State, Commonwealth and International environmental and heritage legislation, standards and codes of practice as well your experience in environmental management in an infrastructure, marine or heavy industry environment will contribute to your success in this role.  You will be the type of person who is solutions focused who likes to be challenged by complex problems and has the ability to focus on outcomes for the organisation rather than individual success.
