The Positions

This is a great time to join the Metro People Division who are currently undertaking an exciting transformation!

The Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Consultants will play pivotal roles in shaping the future state as part of a broader People plan to enable the achievement of business strategy.

(L&OD) Consultant – Leadership capability focus

This position is responsible for the design and delivery for leadership capability to help move forward the integrated leadership program. This will involve partnering with a vendor/s defining and managing the whole process end-to-end. Experience in facilitation and previous experience in a leadership position will be highly regarded.

(L&OD) Consultant –Change management focus

This position will be responsible for the capability framework development and organisation design change management, and will also provide support in building the enterprise wide change management framework.

To be successful in these roles you will require the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or equivalent 
  • Significant experience in an L&OD role in complex organisations driving the change, learning and development, leadership, culture and employee experience agenda; experience in blue and white collar industries is preferred.  
  • Track record of designing, developing, and implementing high impact learning solutions and people development initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with People Division colleagues, business leaders and multiple stakeholders to create and deliver targeted, engaging and value add programs.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, advocacy and facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with ambiguity on multiple projects and deliver to tight time frames
