What could you bring to HealthShare NSW? Full Time Temporary position responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative supplier relationships to facilitate and ensure continuous improvements in HealthShare NSW's supplier processes. $97,812.00 to $116,013.00 per annum.

HealthShare NSW is looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Lead with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills and a strategic focus.

Above all, we are seeking a professional and strategic leader with experience in supplier relationship management and a natural ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate staff and suppliers. Does this sound like you?

About the opportunity

You will be responsible for leading the supplier relationship function for our Warehousing and Distribution services. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, establish clear expectations with our suppliers as per contractual agreements, monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures. Click here to find out more.

This is a Full Time Temporary position graded as a Health Manager Level 2 with a salary of $97,812.00 to $116,013.00 (Excl. 9.5% superannuation).

How to apply

  • Outline your experience in Supplier Relationships. How have you been able to develop and maintain these relationships to ensure optimal business outcomes?
  • Can you provide an example of a time where you have been required to analyse and interpret complex information, and present it to internal and external stakeholders in an engaging way?
  • Identify a strategy you implemented with a Supplier in order to improve on operational outcomes. What changes did you make and how did they influence your service’s efficiency and effectiveness?

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
