What you'll be doing
 
To lead the strategic development of facilities and assets management within Clinical Support Services including state-wide operational management plans, coordination of redevelopment activities and expertise to a range of stakeholders, whilst leading a team in the delivery of high level business solutions within an innovative, responsive and accountable customer focused work culture.

You will be asked to complete psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.

  • Extensive experience and an outstanding record of achievement in facilities and asset management in a large and complex service environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
  • Exceptional analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading teams - managing and coaching managers; building capability; meeting performance goals; and always fostering, and maintaining, a customer focused work culture.
  • Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, strategically improve performance and manage multiple projects.
  • Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
