NSW Government agency is looking for an experienced Investigator to join their compliance team on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for conducting investigations associated with the code of conduct across the agency’s locations.
 
The Role:  

• Conduct investigations regarding allegations of misconduct
• Conduct investigations regarding potential breaches of the agency’s Code of Conduct
• Prepare evidentiary briefs from gathered and analysed information
• Prepare documentation to support the presented findings and conclusion
• Prepare confidential, detailed and concise reports on findings

 
About you:

• Certificate IV in Government investigation / similar (preferable)
• Proven experience within a similar capacity
• Thorough understanding of all relevant Acts, Regulations and other applicable legislation
• Proven experience formulating allegations, analysing information and making recommendations following legislation
• Current NSW driver license
