Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Development Officer to join this exciting government sector organisation based in the Sydney’s Inner West. The Digital Development Officer manages requests related to the development and ongoing improvement of the agency’s digital products – websites and Intranet.
 
About the role:

• Responsible for managing the technical roadmap for the digital products and their implementation in an agile working environment;
• Develop websites and Internet applications;
• Use Web development technologies such as HTML, Perl, JavaScript, and CSS;
• Perform various coding and programming tasks, such as design or development of Web front-end, back-end Web-based applications, and Web/Internet services;
• May involve coding and integration of text, graphics, sound, and/or video.

Essentials:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment;
• Typically requires 6-9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
