The Role
Provide training coordination for a large project relocating 5 corporate sites across the city to Parramatta, involving 1800 staff, continuing to operate efficiently
Main Responsibilities
- Coordination of training activities for staff about to relocate.
- Manage the training schedule for new ways of working involving new tech and flex working arrangements.
- Manage post move training to reinforce activities.
- Advise senior stakeholders and empower them to offer new flexible ways of working to maximise staff retention and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- A proven background managing the relocation of multiple corporate sites, in a large complex environment
- Previous government experience will be beneficial
- An understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate new Agile ways of working to senior stakeholders who may not have operated in that environment before.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, high volume environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
