Customer Service Officer

 

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to provide high quality counter service when dealing with customer and public inquiries.  The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the provision of efficient and professional customer service and advice to all venue users and patrons.

Key tasks:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email 
  • Provide quality and timely support across various departments through the completion of administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Events Office to coordinate bookings of the Venue.
  • Perform all cashiering, assist with reports, ensure all monies received are accurately receipted and assist with reconciliation daily.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position providing administrative support, with a focus on customer service.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attentiveness.
  • Ability to follow instruction and work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general computer skills. 
  • Ability to take and reconcile payments
