An opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our NSW Training Team.
The role of Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator NSW is to provide effective marketing and future student recruitment for the William Angliss Institute Sydney campus. The position requires a dynamic person with a passion for marketing and student recruitment achieving targets and an interest in education.
This position reports directly to the Manager Training NSW and is responsible for supervising others in the team.
The main objectives of this role are to develop, implement and evaluate an annual planned program for marketing and student recruitment, both domestic and international students for NSW along with developing integrated marketing and future student activities designed to enhance the Institute brand position and recruitment outcomes. You will be required to provide input in the conceptualising, development, implementation and review of operational strategies for marketing and recruitment whilst coordinating the roster for the recruitment team to provide a variety of activities, services and resources related to international and domestic recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualification/s in business or a related discipline with significant experience working within a complex and diverse organisation. Knowledge of the student education industry in NSW and marketing and recruitment strategies are key requirements of this role combined with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will require a current Working with Children Check prior to commencement. A drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required as this role may be required to work some evenings, weekends and travel.
