Operations Management Centre Operator

The Operations Management Centre Operator is responsible for the supervision, monitoring and control of the various SCADA-enabled water and wastewater sites and systems to meet operational objectives.

OMC staff operate in a dynamic environment to optimise the efficient operation of network systems. Liaising with operational staff to maintain our guaranteed service levels with customers is of high importance.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent analytical and data management skills and be able to work across a range of technologies and systems.

You will need to be able to work cooperatively in a close knit team, individually when required, and also have good communication and technical skills to provide the necessary support to our field and office staff.

It is a requirement of the position to have operational and/or control room experience, and participate in a seven day roster.
