About the role…

The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the implementation and workflow design of the learning management system, SuccessFactors. You will be highly organized and demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple projects that are instrumental building people capabilities within Taronga.

Key accountabilities…

  • Support the implementation of Learning Management system, SAP SuccessFactors and assist with process design, workflow and integration across all PCS programs.
  • Lead the delivery of the culture and engagement survey across Taronga including survey planning, preparation, employee communications and supporting action plans and initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify talent, career development and employee capabilities.
  • Provide insights from online talent acquisition tests and psychometric assessments by working with stakeholders to interpret results and map to employee performance agreements.
  • Design and implement innovative learning and development programs that drive people and organisation capability across a range of blended learning initiatives.
  • Represent Taronga at external events and relevant committees, and develop networks within the industry.
  • Manage and deliver strategic projects that align with organisations priorities and support positive culture change.
  • Comply with and report any Work, Health and Safety incidents in line with Taronga’s Work, Health and Safety Charter.

About you…

We are looking for candidates that have:

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding and interpretation of psychometric assessments
  • Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, human resources, psychology and or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
