What you'll be doing
Providing customer-focused support for web-based intranet and internet technologies utilised by the LHD.

  1. Demonstrated experience in Web content co-ordination and commitment to maintaining an accurate, standards based, information rich web platform and site(s) in an enterprise environment.
  2. Proven high level knowledge of web, application development, database management, content management and application delivery technologies and standards
  3. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and encourage high levels of productivity through teamwork.
  4. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and negotiate with management, staff, contractors and the community at all levels
  5. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines when working under pressure and balance competing demands, in particular when running projects and still support operation issues.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven skills in, and a strong commitment to, project management, structured application development and system documentation standards and reporting.
  7. Demonstrated high level experience with underlying technologies such as SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, IIS, PHP, MySQL, Apache, Centos, Windows operating systems.
  8. Capacity and willingness, including current driver’s license valid in NSW, to travel to facilities within the Northern NSW local health district, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
