Colac Otway Shire is seeking a highly motivated person to work within the Infrastructure & Leisure Services Division to drive the planning and development projects and support the delivery of its Capital and Major Projects Program.

The Development Engineer will possess highly developed technical knowledge and expertise, project management experience and have a sound knowledge of engineering practices and regulatory requirements. An effective communicator and people person, the Development Engineer will also deliver a high level of customer service and stakeholder management. Qualifications in civil engineering and/or experience in municipal designs and investigation is essential. Experience and knowledge of statutory planning processes and regulations relating to engineering requirements will also be highly regarded.
