State Library Victoria is the State's premier reference and research library, the hub of state-wide information and communication network, and a gateway to the world's information. About the role:
The StartSpace Manager is a senior role responsible for establishing and developing State Library Victoria's new hub for early stage entrepreneurs, StartSpace. The role will lead strategic partnerships, establish a membership base, and develop services and programming to grow StartSpace into a vibrant hub in the startup ecosystem of Victoria.
Opening in 2019, StartSpace will be a 'pre' co-working space targeted at early stage entrepreneurs, and is part of the Library's Vision 2020 redevelopment. StartSpace will help Victorians to participate in the innovation economy by providing space, information, resourcing, mentoring and guidance to take ideas from concept to reality.
