ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for developing strong partnerships with the senior management and the management of the designated portfolio to bring key financial and commercial insights to the decision making process on financial matters of the respective portfolio. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info for further information.
There are two (2) permanent full time positions available. The roles will be based in Gladesville and will relocate to the new State Operations Centre in Sydney Olympic Park.

Question 1: As a Finance Business Partner, we are working with clinicians who may or may not be financially literate. How would you communicate the financial position of the organisation effectively to senior management and stakeholders with a focus to inform impacts of operational decisions, persuade and negotiate?
Question 2: Describe an example of where you have used your skills & experience in performing financial and business critical analysis and providing coherent insights and recommendations to stakeholders on business issues. What was the outcome?
