We collaborate with government, non-government and community partners to work with children, adults, families and communities to improve lives and realise potential, with a focus on breaking, rather than managing, disadvantage.

About Housing State Wide Services (HSS)

HSS provides support to over 1,000 FACS Housing services staff across NSW to deliver housing assistance to vulnerable clients. This includes staff who work in Access and Allocations (as part of Housing Pathways) and Tenancy Management staff.

We support ongoing daily business operations and develop new initiatives to improve the delivery of social housing and housing assistance and respond to new reforms.

We also support Community Housing Providers who are Housing Pathways providers (that is, they participate in our Access and Allocations system).
